You're probably going to have to ask once youre over there, or buy a tandem and ship it into the country with you is another option.

LOL…That my friend would be half the fun. I’m a full throttle skydive road race kind of guy…”never lift” is what I say. I’m sure you’d be able to attach a lever style stand alone braking system with a spiked pad to dig into the ice. Anything and everything is possible!!! I probably wouldn’t bother with a brake, I’d rather go in circles until it slowed down enough to stick out my Fred Flintstone brakes.
