Does anyone know how to make a four person tandem bicycle bike, or a cheap tandem bikes?

I have seen these bikes on the Root River Bike trail in SE Minnesota. Lanesboro is the town, but I couldnt find any links while doing a search, sorry. Maybe you can have better luck searching. The trail is SE of Rochester, MN and is a great Cialis ride btw....
